EDITOR’S NOTE: In this edition, #InfrastruCaribe highlights five proposed or completed works to sporting facilities in the Caribbean. By far, the largest is a proposed Baseball Stadium in the Dominican Republic. Jamaica has two: the refurbishing of their National Stadium, and its ambitious proposal for a synthetic Ice Hockey Rink. The remaining are the renovation of a Racquet Centre in Guyana, and a programme to repave all tennis, basketball and paddleball courts in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
